"Fabulousness"
The houses are stunning, you are 2 attached houses with separate entrances, constructed in a mirror; are perfect to accommodate 12 people 6 in each house, they have all the comforts and nothing is missing. the place is beautiful, one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, quiet and frequented by different berries that come to moor at the pier two excellent restaurants that are located next to the house. you should do is open the gate of the house and take 5 steps to be in the water. excellent from all points of view.

"Heaven exists !!!"
15 years and not hear !! Then paradise exists !!! What else would you ask, a fabulous house, imagine one thing ..... there you'll find it !! A dive in the most beautiful and intense memories. The sea, the friends, the Sirtaki .... so many things to do and share. One week, unfortunately, soon passes but leaves us in the energy to face a new year waiting to get back together. but what do they know !!! Kassiopi forever !!!

“Location, Location, Location”
The location is amazing - the beach is on the doorstep, as is a really good taverna! This is a great family-friendly villa with a large pool, masses of different outdoor seating areas. My family and I have stayed in various other villas in the area but this is definitely our favourite

This was our second visit to Avlaki Beachfront Villa and we stayed for one week . We had a fabulous time. On arrival the villa was spotless and Tracy the House Manager was there to greet us and answer any of our queries. She was available to book any trip we required.We loved having our own pool The property is in a great location just next to the beach and two Tavernas . The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable.Our room upstairs had a fabulous view of the ocean .
Tracy organised a boat trip for us to Corfu which was brilliant and another boat trip to a restaurant along the coast which was very memorable.
I would highly recommend this villa.
